These photos were taken last week when he was just a few days shy of three weeks old. I'm glad I took them because shortly after this he developed baby acne all over his cheeks and neck. The top of his head has also taken to flaking off in clumps so for his first Christmas photos he'll be red, bumpy and peeling!
Oh well, we still think he's adorable!
He has already learned to roll over from his stomach to his back. It's a very slow, controlled move so I think he must already have pretty strong core stomach muscles!
I've discovered a deep love for the Halo Sleep Sack. When wrapped in this for bedtime, he sleeps at least 5 hours...yay for us!
He's a generally happy baby, very content to lay on a blanket on the floor and just watch the world go by. Of course, when he's ready to be picked up he definitely knows how to let us know!

Full on tantrum! Fortunately these are few and far in between.
